IMPORTANT: If a patient is in immediate danger or has a potentially life-threatening condition, obtain emergency medical assistance immediately. Do not wait for GetBharosa or a caregiver.

1. Examples

Severe breathing difficulty, unconsciousness, suspected stroke, severe chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, serious injury, seizure or sudden severe deterioration may require urgent professional care.

2. Family Responsibility

The family/customer must contact the appropriate local emergency medical service, ambulance provider, hospital or qualified medical professional.

3. Caregiver Response

The caregiver should prioritise immediate safety, seek appropriate professional help and notify the designated family/contact person where reasonably possible. Only assistance within the caregiver's training, authority and lawful scope should be provided.

4. Platform Limitations

GetBharosa cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, GPS, mobile network, notification or application availability.

5. No Emergency Dispatch

GetBharosa support is not an emergency dispatch service.
